Refund Eligibility

Yearly Subscription Plan: Customers may request a full refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be processed.

Monthly Subscription Plan: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Gyaanbee app. There are no refunds for monthly plans, but cancellations will prevent future billing.
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible yearly subscriptions will be credited back to the original payment method within 30 days from the day of the request filed.
How to Request a Refund
Customers can request a refund or cancel their subscription by using the designated button within the Gyaanbee app.
General Terms
Gyaanbee reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or website.
